These are some poster experiments and explorations inspired by and based on Dom Sebastian’s work (mostly from Gel Futures).

Told myself I’d try to step out of my comfort zone more and play with type in different ways, not just in the actual creation of it. It found that it was a good opportunity to exercise illustrating too, and Dom’s approach to blending (of colors, materials, and disciplines) was the inspiration that I needed to start on something a little bit different from my usual work.

Typefaces used are Tindig (available at @type63_), Neue Montreal (@pangram.pangram), and an untitled pixely type WIP from my drafts.
