End User License Agreement (EULA):

Please read the contents of this EULA carefully before completing the purchase and installation the font software. For any licensing situations not covered in this agreement, please contact Jo Malinis at hello@jomalinis.com.


This End-User License Agreement (“EULA“) is a legal agreement between the user (you and/or the company or organization that you represent) and the designer, Jo Malinis, that establishes the terms and conditions by which the user is permitted to install and use the Licensed Font Software–hereafter referred to as “font”.

By downloading, installing, and/or using the font, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the terms of this agreement. This agreement does not create third party beneficiary rights for any parties. 

If you do not agree to the terms of this agreement, do not download and/or install the font.


The font and the designs embodied therein are the exclusive property of Jo Malinis. This non-exclusive, revocable licence grants you certain limited rights to use the font only, no permanent or ownership rights are granted as a part of this contract herein. All rights, titles, and interest in and to the font, the designs of the font embodied therein together with the copyrights, trademarks, trade names and service marks associated with the font are each the exclusive property of Jo Malinis.

Any usage of the font are at your own risk. Jo Malinis does not guarantee that the font works perfectly on every software, platform, or operating system. Jo Malinis will not be liable for any damages, claims or costs whatsoever, or any direct, indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages, business interruption, nor for lost profits, savings or business information, arising out of any use of, or inability to use, the font.

The licensing options are as follows:

Trial License

This license grants you the right to install a limited version of the font on one computer and used solely for testing purposes only. It can not be shared, or used commercially, or put into the public eye unless the full license is bought. 

Personal License

This license grants you the right to install a limited version of the font on one computer and used for testing purposes only. The usage cannot be commercial in any form. It may, however, be used to create digital work intended for personal or academic use only. 

  • You agree to do your best to credit Jo Malinis, by indicating the name of the font, followed by “Jo Malinis” (and a link to jomalinis.com or the Instagram account @aniciaclean if applicable) in the colophon, caption, or any place where the design credits appear.

  • From the moment the use of the font is made in any way public by you, Jo Malinis is entitled to use yours or your company’s name, as well as images and videos of the font use, for marketing reasons only.

Desktop License

This license grants the right for one (1) user to use the font for commercial and non-commercial purposes. This license allows the user to install the font on up to but no more than 3 devices.

  • You are not purchasing the copyright to the design of the fonts, but the rights to use the fonts.

  • You may not modify, adapt, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, alter or otherwise copy the font or parts of it. The font provided in OTF or TTF file should not be converted to any other file formats.

  • You may not rename, reproduce, share, copy, distribute, sublicense, or resell the font. If you wish to share the font, redirect to the original download link instead of hosting it as a separate downloadable file on your own platform.

  • You may not use the font in any way which breaches any applicable local, national, or international law.

  • You may not open the font in an editing software in order to reveal its structure, organisation or code.

  • You may not create a product that is individual glyphs from the font files, e.g. an alphabet set of each letter to spell out your own phrase. Creating products from individual glyphs is not allowed in any format.

  • You are permitted to use font Software on websites via flattened static images only (JPEG, PNG, etc.), but you may not use or embed the font on any website or application. Contact Jo Malinis (hello@jomalinis.com) to discuss the licenses for these.

  • You may use the font to create visual content such as (for example, but not limited to): branding, advertising, artwork, book covers, clothing designs, business cards, flags, logos, magazines, signage, packaging, posters or other printed designs. You may also use the font to create digital documents, intended to be printed or not.

  • You agree to do your best to credit Jo Malinis, by indicating the name of the font, followed by “Jo Malinis”, in the colophon, caption, or any place where the design credits appear.

  • From the moment the use of the font is made in any way public by you, Jo Malinis is entitled to use yours or your company’s name, as well as images and videos of the font use, for marketing reasons only.

Jo Malinis reserves the right to update her licence agreement at any time without prior consent or notice.
